I have personally used only the topical CBD cream on my joints and back, have had very good results but have to reapply every 3-4 hours for effectiveness. I have never tried any of the oral formulations, but have patients that swear by it.

I think Delta 9 THC content below .3% is legal. Delta 8 which contains a THC derivative, and has psychoactive properties, is legal nearly everywhere as far as I know. Pure CBD products may still have some amount of THC, just as decaffeinated coffee still has caffeine.

The scariest part of all of this is that we hear of a LOT of CBD/THC products laced with fentanyl.

CO. However, Rec is not legal in the county in which I live. A very small incorporated town about 10 minutes from me voted it in last November, but limited shops to the 2 Med dispensaries that were already there. The one closest to me is opening Rec on Saturday, but they sent out about 100 eMails and are doing a soft opening today through Friday.

I expected it to be packed, but I ended up being the first and only customer about 1.5 hrs after they opened this morning. Really nice store and the staff was great.

That's why you buy from a certified lab and dispensary.

It's more pricey to go legal, but I don't trust any black market stuff these days.

I tried CBD/THC gummies I purchased from the State of New Jersey.

They chill you out and surprisingly do alleviate the pain. Only for an hour or two, but they do offer some relief for me.

Honestly, pain went from a 6 to a 4 - not earth-shattering relief.

It seems to work for me. I have bad arthritis in my hands, tried it for that, and it worked. My wife didn't believe me, but after a year or so, the supplier I was using pissed me off, so I stopped buying it for a while. It took several weeks, but the arthritis came right back. I reconciled with my dealer, and went back on it, I am typing pain free right now.

My dog has arthritis in her knees. 2 years ago, she could hardly walk up the stairs. I got some CBD oil for her, it worked and she still climbs the stairs just fine at 11+ years old.

I had severe, sudden arthritis in my wrist two years ago. CBD didn't help at all.
