I am sure there is a workaround.
The interviewer wont ask questions, and the applications wont have questions that are DEI specific.. Grades, experience, and what they bring to the table wont be part of the screened interviews..

That may be true, but it will mean a whole lot less expensive, stupid, useless trainging seminars, racist attitudes being promoted on campus, support for the black power cartels and lack of focus on academics.

The problem at this school was a clear drop in academic acheivement once the dei BS started. Numbers don't lie, and the deiers were then trying to blame the problem they caused on anything that would stuff their pockets through there agenda. I live 3 miles from UCF, and it's even worse there. The entire area has knuckeled under to the dei BULLSHIT to please the snowflake little college students. I keep praying for a real hurricane to clean the campus back out.
