Default Shabbat shalom to my VB friends!

“Peaceful rest!
All together, this phrase, “Shabbat Shalom,” means “peaceful rest” or “peaceful Sabbath” and is used to greet people or bid farewell on the Jewish Sabbath or in the days leading up to Saturday. This greeting and farewell helps Jews remember that Shabbat is a day of rest and of peace from the rest of the week.“

To my best friend anjdog, we love even you, especially when you need a hug!

What's this day of rest you speak of? Christ, I've been averaging 12-15 hours a day, 7 days a week for the past 2 months while my hip issue has plagued me.

Any chance he and Big Flex are related??

I don't know about the hip. My first meeting with the orthopedic doc on 9/29. I just finished 5 weeks of meds, and in the 5th week, I was mostly able to get around without a cane. Wife will pick up the refill today. I hope to hell it gets better soon.
