No the 53% of Americans paying taxes are paying enough already, it is the 47% of the Americans not paying any taxes are the big issue here. Time to fix the tax code if a flat tax was used all would pay taxes and they can use a higher for those making more, it could even lower the top rate a whole bunch if the 47% of the no taxpayers start paying there way.
