I can't see everything that happened on that stop (which may or may not have been intentional, but certainly could have worked in favor of the anti-cop person who created this video... i.e. there were numerous edits, only one camera angle, and only partial coverage of what was said outside)... however, I do see enough things that did make it to the final "cut" to go ahead and place this in the category of contrived anti-cop crap produced by someone with a clear agenda.
