Sorry, I'm a jerk
The veggies were simple, buy veggies, steam in a vegetable steamer on the stove. Steam to desired crunch level and season to taste. Place the filet of redfish on a bed of lemon slices, salt/pepper, baked at 350 for 10-12 minutes (depends on the size of filet) or until it flakes with a fork. Garnish with fresh squeezed lemon and scallions. If you want to be naughty, through a pad of butter on each after they are plated I should make this again |
