Default What mods should I do?
I want 400 hp out of my 87 L98. Right now it is 100% stock and has 160,000 miles on it. I have about $1000 to spend.

Paint it silver-beige metallic, that's a very fast color. (Boy it feels good to sneak that in again without the threat of going to camp)

I think you can get there for that if you are ok with 400 "KiloHP". If you combine that with changing your speedo to Kilometers you'll be flying down the road in no time in that L98 !
