Our Boy Scout troops had an exchange of boys, (And many parents) during the summers. One year some of us went to England for two weeks and the next year the Brits came here.

Got quite friendly with our adult guests and asked them what they thought or read about the American Revolution. They said basically it was not much of an event only a couple paragraphs on one page. After all jolly old England had much more history over a much longer time frame.Pip Pip
