Fits by height. The radio, not satellite radio, antennae just barely hits the door. The extended cab and full sized bed keeps me from parking in there. Damn it. However, this isn't our "forever" home...so there is LOTS of room for improvement.

Completely understandable. Around here, every joe blow mall crawler has a lifted truck that is way above their needs. Their dime, so whatever. I buy a truck to use it as a truck...it will get dinged, scratched, and dirty, or at least the bed will. Part of the stigma of owning one.

Every household needs a pickup. They are soooooo handy, plus these days they are very comfy and get good mileage. Truck first, car second, bike third. That's how I've always been since I was a kid.
