The thing about Christianity and the way to look at the bible is like this: the old testament is like the rules and regulations of life. The new testament is where the consequences are stated. Either an eternity in hell or heaven. Christ had no need to speak of sins in specifics, since his job was to save the souls of men. Not to lecture and review the old testament.

Interesting post. However, right after the passage you quote, Paul warns readers not to condemn others:

Romans 2:1: "Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things."

So in other words, At whatever point you judge the other, you are condemning yourself.

But lets take a look at Paul and what he is saying here. I have three points to make.

1) The passage was written by Paul many years after Jesus died and not attributed to Jesus.

2) Keep in mind that while Paul never met Jesus, he supported the oppression of women, and was also accepting of slavery as a normal social practice.

3) Many people have interpreted what Paul wrote not as a condemnation of homosexuality, but as a critical view of Greek behavior in a temple. Greeks of his day often incorporated sex in worship.

My challenge to find a comment from Jesus on the subject remains. We both know he never mentioned it once.
