Your entire question is based on the fallacy that the ONLY difference is acceleration.

Other differences have been explained many many times. Your inability to understand the answer is a you problem.

I'll give you a hint. Most people buying cars (you as an obvious exception) are able to see beyond a number on a spec sheet. Some of those things are measurable. Some of them, status, exclusivity, etc are not quantifiable. When you can figure out how to grasp that very simple concept, you will have your answer.

Why don't you go ahead and point me in the direction of the Tesla that could make that trip. You can't. There is no EV that could come even close to doing it. When will YOU admit that the opposition to EVs is about their complete f**king inability to actually do what ICE vehicles do with ease?

Saw a couple of dead Teslas in the Donner Summit footage this weekend. Stuck in the snow, dead-flat batteries with no place to charge, in the middle of the road, caked in ice with no heater. No thank you. People would have died if not for rescuers driving ICE vehicles to haul them to safety. Morons.
