I worked with an autistic kid named Omar when i was working for the homeless veterans and families that needed help. He was 23 and knew every song in the 60's and 70's and who the artist was. But if i had to say Omar bring me the orange to me please it could take 10 minutes. I also worked with kids with down syndrome who couldn't tell you anything about the music playing but much more easier to work with and more productive. That's why my heart goes out to Mush and his wife. You're a good dad Buzzheim.

Have several in our family and it's heart breaking to see the struggles they have even though they are higher functioning.
My cousin's son will always live with Mom and Dad.
Wish I could change things for him since it's been a long road.

Ironically, many tend to be exceptionally bright as well as tender hearted.

This is the boy that wrote it. It seems maybe his wish in the poem has come true. A good story with a good outcome.
