need help with a lens

can someone decipher this enough to know if this is a full frame lens, or if i will have to use my camera in crop mode for aps-c?

Thanks. I got worried when it said both. Was wondering if that was just a marketing spin and when I put it on my camera I'd have to put it in dx crop mode. I don't want to do that.
