Last night Wifie and I peeped an old Clint Eastwood movie that we'd never seen before called The Eiger Sanction. One of the Bad Guys is a gay secret agent played by Jack Cassidy who has a little dog named "Faggot." The first time we meet Faggot we see him humping Clint Eastwood's leg.

Two Thumbs Up for this movie.

Excellent flick. George Kennedy is one of my favorite actors, as well. The part where Eastwood offers him a beer after climbing that needle is priceless.

I've heard of it but never saw it. Just looked it up, I can get it with Amz Prime which I'll have until the NFL season is over.

My fav Clint movies are The Outlaw Josey Wales and for pure, gripping, sad drama -- The Million Dollar Baby.

Another kickass Eastwood movie from a year or two earlier is Thunderbolt and Lightfoot. Has George Kennedy, Jeff Bridges, Geoffrey Lewis, etc. Very enjoyable and well done, like pretty much ALL Eastwood movies of the '70's.

Eiger Sanction was one of my most memorable movies. I was 12 and the movie was R. Dad took me so I could get in. One of my favorite memories.

So I watched this last night on Amazon Prime. TBH, it was pretty boring, especially for the expectations of a Clint movie. And I like mountain climbing stuff, but just true documentaries.

The babes were pretty good though.

I remember that homo guy; I think he played guest roles on the original Mission Impossible and other stuff back then. First scene with him on Eiger, and he comments something about the male server being good looking or something, lol.

The only bad movie Eastwood made was that bronco Billy crapshow, I believe he did it for his girlfriend so he could get more access.

Even the EWWBL was weak compared to his westerns, but they were still entertaining in the way he wanted them to be--RIGHT TURN CLYDE!!

Another one I tried more than once, but could never finish, was "Play Misty for Me."

But they can't all be winners. He did his best work as a cowboy or a rogue modern-day cop.
