[CFB] Conference Championship Week 2020 Game Day Thread [/CFB]

We've got some Friday Night Football this weekend, including the PAC-12 Championship pitting undefeated PAC South winner USC, and the 2ND place PAC North finisher, Oregon. Washington won the PAC North, but is unable to play due to COVID, so Oregon was gifted with a title game spot.

The MAC Championship and Conference USA Championship games are also on Friday night. Marshall hosts UAB for the C-USA title game, while Buffalo and Ball State face off for the MAC in Detroit at Ford Field.

The rest of the D1 title games are on Saturday, except for the Sun Belt game, which got cancelled, royally screwing #12 Coastal Carolina. They're reduced to cheering for Tulsa to defeat #9 Cincinnati for the American title in order to snag that New Year's 6 Bowl Game spot.

Also, Air Force and Army face-off at 3:30pm EST on CBS for the CIC Trophy.

Nope. The appearance might be a bit softer, and the message is these guys are "All American" upright guys but the underlying truth is that there's megabucks in college ball as well as the NFL, and the "big leagues" would not exist without the PAC10 et al. The only difference is that the colleges are smart enough to tamp their player's political leanings down at least until they have a NFL contract which ensures the gravy train keeps rolling into their stations.

Some teams have that shit on their uniforms in one form or another.

Usc has it on helmet on back. Come to think of it think most have that on uniforms or helmets.
