His uncle died last week, and the nephew is the only living relative. In 30 minutes I'm going to read the Will; here's what the nephew gets:

10,000 acres of prime farm land with two lakes
6,000 s.f. house
1,000 acres each of growing corn, cotton, and soybeans
$500,000 worth of farm tractors, equipment, and vehicles
A state-of-the-art barn
500 head of cattle
20 Thoroughbred horses

BTW, does anyone know where FarmVille is?

I have a very wealthy uncle too, but he has two "needy" kids (34 and 36 yo), theyll get what ever is left over if they don't burn through all of it before hand!!

depends on total estate value. only a portion over a certain value is taxed.

and I believe 2011 is the "BY" year where zero is taxed (I could be wrong, it may have been last year)

either way...

THERE SHOULD BE ZERO TAX ON AN ESTATE.
