Man, I jsut ordered a $650.00 set of prescription Oakleys on NYE. EyeGlass World ****ed up and charged it to my insurance which made my out of pocket only $282.00

See, I also had to order bifocals and those were done first using insurance. The manager called me back an hour after and said they messed up and needed to do a refund so i wouldn't get charged the difference for the oakleys......but, they would still honor the out of pocket expense I originally paid as the final price. Woo Hoo!!!! Very nice. high five.

Hell yeah! Still hope I find mine, but doubtful at this point. I have another set just not polarized lenses.

Years ago when I was a kid, we were sailing to Capri on a 30' Tartan, heeled over really good, took a huge wave, and bam....my only pair of sunglasses belonged to Poseidon someplace in the middle of the Bay of Naples. It was my only pair at the time, too, and parents couldn't get me to the Eye Doc on base until the middle of the next week.
