Smart water meter
Costco ran this unit on sale so I picked one up.
https://www.phyn.com/plus-smart-water-assistant/ One of the biggest fears you can have for your house is a water leak. This recognizes a leak and will shut off the main automatically. Really easy install if you can do plumbing. The app is pretty cool as well. |
