Spending some years of my youth in Pittsburgh, I was very familiar with Heinz. Pittsburgh was very ketchup friendly then.

Heinz makes the only ketchup. The rest is crap.

That being said, every now and then I like cheap ass drive in movie type ketchup that is probably 20 bucks for a 55 gallon drum.

White vinegar, unless you're having fish and chips. Then malt vinegar is acceptable.
