This was nothing more than a government sanctioned political witch hunt. And now they are going to try and keep Trump from moving his business out on NY? Democrat's are indeed crazy.

What really proves this judge is corrupt (and arguably a criminal) is that the banks testified they agreed with the appraisals submitted by Trump, were happy with making the loans and were repaid 100%. Not to mention the corrupt judge stated before the trial even started that Trump was guilty and he (the judge) determined the value of the property and that's all that matters.

In 2022 I was blocked from selling a property in the SF Bay Area because of the Pandemic. Now that the moratorium has just been lifted I am once again allowed to place MY property on the market.

This was a civil case, if the defendant pays the remedy amount, it should be OVER. I wonder if there is any precedent for this.

If a judge tells a Republican they can't do something, the Republicans stop.
If a judge tells a Democrat they can't do something, they continue until a case supports it.

If the SCOTUS says something is unconstitutional, Dems do it anyway.

The only "law" that exists is what the Dems "feel like" following.

I believe the judge's decision included a statement that TRUMP received favorable interest rates due to overstated financials.

WRONG-O
1) There is no daily rate sheet for commercial / business loans, rates and products vary too much
2) The rate you get is the rate your negotiate
3) NO BANK that loaned TRUMP money stated such
4) judge failed to provide proof other borrowers paid rate higher than TRUMP for similar loan requests
5) judge failed to provide evidence from banking community that this was done for TRUMP
6) judge failed to prove asset value was inflated by utilizing third-party appraisals

judge is a fraud, case is bogus,,, this is what socialists do!!

When the appeals court gets this, it should be done in a NY minute to turn it over. You have to think, everyone in NY and probably the country has heard about this and how shitty of a case it really is.
