as a matter of fact; lose the bell peppers, mince a tad of fresh jalapenos = same "green" flavor.
Lose the wieners.
do the eggs, rice, onions, peppers, and spices.....scoop into large flour tortilla add cheese = breakfast burritos.

I also do them for dinner or supper...do a lot without the rice....love em.
Quick fast and in a jiffy.

Healthy too.

I'll post again so you git it in your brick Afghani head...

dice half onion 1/4" size, large mince one jalapeno
3 eggs 1/4 cup milk, add jalaps and spices ... whisk with whisk.

Do eggs with jalaps first (I like my onions slightly warmed and still crispy).
add onions half way thru.

when done scoop on large FLOUR tortilla.
add handful of 7/Mexican cheese and roll into FLOUR tortilla burrito.

Eat any time of day...add potatos or any left over meats.


adding fresh avocados is totally acceptable.





total time 10 to 15 depending on supplies, or urge to fuk over the recipe with changes.

I always have the stuff on hand....
7/Mexican cheese x 2 bags = always.
Large burrito tortillas x 1 large bag (keep em fresh in fridge, don't stock up with more)
everything listed is normal in almost every fridge sans large burrito size tortillas, possibly jalaps = because stinkin' yankee fridge.
