Quick question:
I took 2 packages of organic air chilled chicken breast out of the freezer to defrost.
They had a expiration date of March 2020.
18 months past date but frozen from purchase.

I let them defrost overnight and then put the chicken in a bag to marinate.

But I forgot to cook it and it’s now 4 days past defrosting.

Not sure if I should cook it tonight.

Would you eat?

I think it will be good. As long as you don't have COVID, you should be able smell if it is bad.
