Fuk that noise...

I've had very bad heat exhaustion twice no thanks. Couple hours on my barn roof last month almost did me in.
Now if get way overheated I get a 2 day bed rest migraine and extreme fatigue. It's weird because doesn't have to be super hot out either, right combo of heat/humidity/time/sun and how tried i am already.
Last bad time(probably 10 or 12 yrs ago) it was 70 and nice out, walking across the yard and whomp down I went... Hmmm legs didn't want to work. That one really sucked monkey balls. Hadn't recovered from previous exhaustion i guess a few days earlier (95 and brutal out 24 ft in air on stick framing barely made it down to ground). Tools may have suffered from falls however.
Now if I feel it even starting I literally drop everything and go inside immediately. Hr inside and usually fine to resume.

So more power to you man.

Lucky you didn't get hit man, I've had 2 in my life wondered how didn't hit me. One here about 5 years ago hit 50 ft from window was looking out, the shock wave was impressive.
The other was a massive hit when i was looking out window in steel building along with few other guys, none of us could see for a few seconds and hair stood on end. Must have hit just a few ft from us. Thor threw a biggin at us that day.
