Evening folks
Busy day here. Printed bunch of manuals out for alignment machine.
Decided to replace window felt/outside trim on a caddy window as it had become scrathed. Well... The original pieces had warped and shrank in length something bad and the plastic was rubbing on the windows causing the scratches. Replaced one window, 3 trim pieces (missing one still and that window big time scratched) so used heat gun and shaped it semi normal just to get off the window for now. Two windows have a minor scratch ot two so they'll stay for now.
Buick started missing bad and fuel line connection leaked... So swapped some parts and it runs good again and found some O rings for the fuel line. Noticed it needs a frt engine mount though.
Still cannot get the hvac controllers to sync up in that damn thing.

Hunter d111 4 wheel.
I had a power surge or something couple years ago fried monitor or so i thought was only problem. Got a new CRT rigged up and found out had a slew of issues. Took months to get 4 heads working and talking to machine. Replaced parts, swapped boards, ended up checking every cable pinout inside and out, every board was scrutinized. Holy hell it took forever. Was waiting for maybe 2 years to get the manuals from a guy in Canada, they came couple weeks ago. Shit shouldn't be this hard.
Now I have to locate a calibration board which seems to be hard to find at best.. So I'm at standstill. Looking for old hunter service techs is difficult and hunter is zero help nor will anyone respond. My head hurts from banging it on a wall man.
I cannot find a picture of said board even... I have to make a calibration fixture also but that's not too difficult.
