No inspection in Ohio.

That's how my track car is technically street legal... even with no speedometer, no windshield wipers, no front turn signals, slicks, and about 50 other things it shouldn't have.

No but there are a lot of junk cars on the road too. It sucks to get behind a POS going 20 mph and spewing raw fuel.
