An aside, Fins continue to prove there are KING IDIOTS of nfl.

Really not very much. They kind of sucked early in the season, but had the benefit of playing some teams that didn't have their shit together yet, and getting lucky late and in OT. They did get worse the last two months, but don't let that 10-1 start fool you, they were never really as good as that record would lead you to believe.

They did lose most of their big offensive performers late in the season, which hurt. Once that happened, and everyone on the planet knew Hurts has a major knee problem that needs surgery, every DC knew that all they had to do was rush 6, the O-line COULD NOT pick it up, Hurts couldn't run like he used to, and there was nobody to throw to. Last night was a perfect example. TB had that number, and used it relentlessly. I'm not saying I blame them, I would have done the same thing.

Fins have sucked since forever, never going to get better, accepting a playoff game beatdown as progess is pussyish.
First step needed is an ownership change, then fire all in the front office, the head coach may be allowed one more season on the condition he fires both coordinators.
They need to let tua leave, he is not a franchise qb.
Most of rest of team can stay, but anyone over $5M/year with no guarantee left can also leave.

You only build championships if you make the tough decisions.
