right around 213 ish.

I was able to lift 155 monday, which was the heaviest that I had ever lifted.
This week marked the 1 1/2 month of lifting and exercising. When I started I had trouble with 110.

Keep it up!

I'm up to 30 push-ups, which for me is 211 pounds each. I'm up to 14 reps with the 75 pound dumbbells and will be placing the order for the 100 pounders December 1st.

Repetition and dedication will make it happen.

I dont plan on stopping! I also ran 3 miles for the first time last week. Add the cardio and a dietary change. (No carbonated beverages). I havent lost weight, but Ive lost two belt notches.

Joe, do NOT stop. What you are doing is a LIFESTYLE change. Embrace it and enjoy all of the wonderful things that come with it.

It's hard for me to describe how good I feel right now, even though I have a minimum of 10 more pounds to go. I made a major life style change back in 2000 and lost 60 pounds, and kept it off for a decade. Recent drama and job changes put me back to 308 on 1/1/12. I'm now comfortably back to 270, but stronger than ever. My arms and chest are getting huge, and I will get that last 10 pounds off, and keep it off.

Once you adopt the lifestyle, you feel guilty when you don't do your daily routine. When you see the results, you will crave even more.
