For whatever reason the volume pot in one of my Strats started to howl and moan.

Very 60's. Reminds me of the Wimbledon White on my TBird- a very popular color for several model years back in the day.

Most of the Fender colors were DuPont automobile colors. “Fiesta Red” was wildly popular. Matter of fact I’m fairly certain it was Fender’s first custom color. Not to be confused with “Torino Red” (I have Torino Red ) or “Dakota Red”
