Default Pumping gas in Canada

Holy F**king Shit it is cold here! It has been -25 degrees F (-30C) and that is the high temp for the last 3 days. Working at a refinery here in Regina, Saskatchewan for two weeks.

no wonder all you northerners put your toys away for winter- even the extension cord for are rental car is frozen stiff. One of the work trucks also said "F*ck it, I'm out" and blew a power steering line when we started it.

It's been cold here to Mike. Temps in the 30's. We even had light rain today, but those temps really do suck.

We're suppose to have low temps around -3 on Tuesday. We had -11 a couple years ago. I can't even imagine having to work in -30 temps.

I don't know whether to cut Sweets some slack or use it to give more flack.

wind vs. temperature chart (windchill) say you can only work 5-10 minutes at a time with 10 minute warm up periods. -40 windchill and all non-emergency work must cease.

good news is that it may warm up to zero deg F in the next day or two.

Here in SD (currently -10 F at about 10:30 am) we hurry it up a little with some liquid antifreeze. A glass of Bailey's really helps!

It was +3 Fahrenheit (-16C). It kind of felt warm, but we did lose a tire on the rental car. Ice in the bead? Will see if it holds air tomorrow...

Normally I'd let you slide, but there were some cryin' ass Canucks who had to work in it. Cold snaps don't usually last 10 days do they? Now I know why everybody takes 3-4 weeks off in the winter and buys a place somewhere hot.

Mostly it's the wind- i had no trouble today in 0 deg F since the breeze died down.

It's happened so many times his orifice has stretched to accomodate this very situation. They just fall out.
