If any of you wants some divorce tips, contact me. I have learn about divorces since 1987. There were Marines getting divorced daily, and all with different stipulations. When my divorced started I only asked advice from the ones that have been divorced at least twice. Knew a guy with 5 divorces, this guy is a walking divorce encyclopedia.

Divorce break-in

-Start stashing cash in a safety deposit box rented to your brother.
-Lawyer up before she does.
-Date, and have sex with her best friend
-NEVER argue with her, let her "talk"

Friz is one of the very few guys I cant tell he is doing OK. You can tell, he has muscle cars, a truck, a RV, and is always posting in here and other forums.

Watch out for the pussies like "My wife wants me to sell my Vette, must sell now or have to move out". you find those in craiglist, and sometimes in the CF.

In 1994 I had a Marine Lance Corporal working for me, and one day he showed up to work with a late 80s sports Mercedes Benz. The car was in pristine condition, right away I asked him if he was selling drugs.

Friz, My wife could care less also...As long as Im spending my money and not her's, she's good with it..The only thing she fought me on since we've been married was getting a Harley, her brother was crippled from a motorcycle accident and she freaked when I said I wanted a bike..Been married 28 years....WW

PS...Im glad to see most everyone back on here posting again, it got real lonely with just Duke Allen and myself....

Both of those stories sound familiar. It's been 26 yrs for us and she is definitely the only one who would ever come close to putting up with my crap. I have known many like Pete though with the "been there, done that, didn't work out" frame of mind.

Sure is good to see all the successful relationship stories here...my wife and I just passed the ten year mark the 5th of September, so we've a ways to go to catch you old farts.
And I bellyache and blame her, 'specially on internet forums, for me selling/not buying whatever I want, unfairly. Truth of the matter is, if SHE has a decent ride with air conditioning, a decent home, and food to eat- all of which I benefit from as well- she could care less what I buy.
She did resent the '93 'vette, but that was because I didn't give her the courtesy of getting her opinion before I bought it- I just blew a chunk of the vacation money she had plans for. My bad. Even so, I made the decision to sell it, without her forcing me. She's even told me to go buy a newer 'vette if I want, and if I think we can swing it. I'm trying to be responsible though.
I'll fold like a cheap deck of cards when we get these last two credit cards paid off..

I agree, Wayne..not that I'd complain about Duke and you but I missed the varied inputs of everyone here . Some of the other forums are kinda' one-dimensional...too sane...

I count myself among the fortunate here like Friz, Wayne and the other guys who have been blessed with a good woman. Mrs Rat and I have shared cheese for over 46 years now.
