Default Picked up some stuff in Mexico

Got some fresh ground cumin, and some fresh cinnamon. Going to try it on some grilled chicken this week. May make some bbq sauce to go along with it too.

What is special about Mexican vanilla extract?

Or were you using real vanilla beans?

It is a little more potent, it is optional really, I use it to give a little extra sweet to the sauce when I use the spicy rub.
