Sometimes...its a matter of the first place. But I'm trying to stay away from fastfoods...if I do go I've been getting salads.

And you know I don't normally do those, but I hadn't gone shopping. It was quick and easy.

My wife just left the doctor.

He thinks it's a pinched nerve in her back that is causing the pain in her leg, but it doesn't explain the numbness and tingling in her foot. He gave her a triple extra strength steroid and wants her to see a back therapist, then come back in eight weeks.

I'm sick, two of the three kids are sick and my wife is in pain. Will someone blow up my house tonight while we are sleeping?

I had the same problem,went to a Back cracker and he had the pain gone in two weeks.

Probably next Friday. The doctor gave her the name of the therapist. She called and the earliest she can get is is next Friday (a week from tomorrow). She is going to stop there on the way home to talk to the therapist.

If she's not satisfied, tell her to push for way more info or quicker appointments. She needs to be in the driver's seat.

Too bad, I'm not going up a stable until Sunday (if its nice) I need to start working with my guy again and just hopping on his back and letting him take me where ever he wants to (no reigns, no saddle just me on his back holding his mane) sounds like a very peaceful think to do
