Default Texas or Chicago?
Can't decide which I should get for dinner.

Local Ice Cream/burger/hot dog joint nearby has awesome food. Great burgers, and great hot dogs too. I'm partial to the Texas style chili-dogs, that's what I usually get there, but I also enjoy the authentic Chicago style too...just haven't had one of those in a really long time. Tough decision.



Chicago style: All beef hot dog with mustard, pickle spear, tomato, diced onions, celery salt, nuclear green relish, sport peppers on a poppy seed bun.





Texas style: Same hot dog smothered with spicy cayenne pepper chili, topped with diced onions and Jalapeño peppers.




And no worries, my digestive system is used to the abuse.

If you're not familiar with sport peppers, they are hotter/spicier than jalapeños.
