It’s a big bowl. Made sure there was enuf to go around. Plenty left tho.

I figured you or NAV might chime in. That’s a high compliment.

Lived in Japan decades ago. Ramen/gyoza was always my go to. There is no comparison, but this Toki Underground joint in DC comes damn close.

Tomorrow is curry. Not that Indian crap either.

When I make ramen at home, I always throw some steamed gyoza into the ramen as well....

I taught NAV how to make curry.... yeah, not that Indian crap.

A dab of hot sesame oil in the finished product is a game changer. Try it.
