Actually, didn't he actually have reason to believe something fishy was going on? Wasn't there like a 4k vote swing in one location during the recount? Maybe someone from fl can chime in.

Two issues, 140% turnout in St. Lucie and many absentee ballots not yet counted. Who knows who won at this point. It's like Mia Love here in Utah, she lost by 2,000 votes and there are some 50,000 absentee ballots to count. The state now shows Matheson as a "provisional" winner.
