The title pretty much covers it. What sites do you recommend?
I have been out of the hiring part of the business for a few years and need to catch up on things. What sites to go to. What sites to stay away from? What's it going to cost me?

County/Municipal court websites for criminal records and civil lawsuits
County Auditor for residential tax info County regulatory body for permits/licensing (food /health/vendor/dog tags etc) County/Municipal police/fire/EMS for crime victim info/police reports made/type of runs to a particular address etc. Possibly - State Attorney General for additional criminal records/CCW permit/regulatory licensing info State BMV for traffic offenses/licensing/vehicle registration State Tax Dept. for . . . the obvious State regulatory bodies info (licenses/permits/accreditation) All info depends upon your states public record laws and specific agency computer sophistication at no/minimal cost. |
