Getting tired of getting I knife fights with doctors. They cheat. They put you to sleep first.

Dang. I think an infection in tissue is worse than in the blood? Flesh eating bacteria and such is scary.

I showed up one time at the urgent care with cellulitis in my elbow. I was amazed at how freaked out they were. It looks like you had similar. They don't screw with that stuff because if it ever gets to your bones, it's a huge deal. Hope your outcome is as good as mine; just some minor brain damage and a general increase in sarcasm.

It killed my brother 2 years ago. He was diabetic and had diminished feeling in his legs, didn't realize it was bad until he started oozing. 2 weeks later he passed away, sepsis attacked his organs.
