She's apparently a Hmong woman.....hill people from Vietnam/Cambodia/Laos area. We took in quite a few of them as refugees after the Vietnam war.

I was reading a NPR article about them and it was ecstatic over the “diverse” group. I’ll bet if it was all men with six of them white they wouldn’t be calling them diverse.
