I feel you. Only child and my parents had 5 acres, 5K sqft house and 5 car garage. Not "hoarders" but had WAY too much chit.


Too many valuable items to just toss, along with 4 collectible vehicles. Being an only child it took incredible effort to deal with it all. Mom is still living but was too depressed to lift much of a finger after dad died.

We had 2 estate sales, one for house and one for garage stuff.

Can see where you get to the point of saying screw it and throw it all away. After the estate sale, a guy came and gave us $$ to take everything left, but deal was he took EVERYTHING.


Hubs had to do it last year with his parents place, but he has 6 siblings to share the load. That is a double edged sword, as you have too many people with opinions on what needs to be done.

Here when they declare a state of emergency, that’s when they’re able to do it. No idea about there though

Not the best for concealed carry. Works great for open carry though if you can find a holster.
