Back on topic: refinery capacity issues is why gasoline is going up, but diesel is dropping.

The increases stem from record low gasoline inventories and continued
refinery issues that "may resolve itself in the next week,''

Only a few refineries make the CA blend so if a couple of those go offline at the same time...
