Yep, good chance.

I was pre-diabetic in my last A1C test in February although it wasn't the first time. I went nearly carnivore since, checked it a couple weeks ago and it's in the normal range now.

In recent years I've been eating more and more carbs and knew deep-down that I shouldn't be.

Toe got infected, had to go to ER after a week or so, was admitted to have toe removed and ended up taking his whole foot, still didn’t have enough circulation so went to the knee. After surgery he used his “good” leg to push himself back up the bed , nurse didn’t put a boot on good foot so he got a blister on his heel after a couple days and it wouldn’t heal and ended up needing to amputate to the knee. Sad deal. Maybe 60 years old.

Look, it's not just nails. They clean the dead shit off your feet if you go somewhere without a happy ending.

Also, they give me a discount if I get my Brazilian at the same time.

I do every couple of months. Looks better when I wear sandals (no socks...I have class) and the foot/calve massage is always nice.

I do stop for a foot massage at least once a month, though. Really does help out with the walking thing and for some reason, helps take pressure off my already worn out knees.

My feet/knees/hips are in good shape. But I never had a foot massage before she did it, and I was amazed at how good it felt.

I used to give another GF back rubs in bed. But those only lasted about 30 seconds and we moved on to something else.

Accupressure (no accupuncture) is great especially when done on the feet.
