Rosa,s GTG Anniversary
On Wednesday the 15th of May we will celebrate 7 years of gathering on Wednesday night at Rosa"s. for taco"s and beer. Plan to attend if you have ever been or would like to start coming. Time is from 6:00 until ???? Pass the word to all your Ft.Worth/Dallas friends. The anniversary party typically attracts about 55-60 vettes. The parking lot is ours. Rosa's is located in Hurst at the corner of Precinct Line and Grapevine Hgh.

We had a "Rosa's Cantina" that opened here in the 70's. I wonder if it was modeled after that one. It featured Tex-Mex food in a quaint little place. It was our hangout back them. Gone now.
How long had that one been open?

Rosa's
As near as I can find out it is part of a corporation started in Odessa ,Texas in 1961 as a coffee shop. I believe there are 4 companies under the Bobby Cox Co. Flag. As to when Rosa,s actually started I do not know, but it has been at least 10 years that I know of.
