Watching 102 minutes that changed America on National Geographic. Will never forget but some of this footage makes it feel like it is happening right now again. Watching those firefighters go into those buildings, and those people jumping was heartbreaking. What a horrific day in our history.

There's a documentary by 2 French brothers that were doing a special on firemen in NYC and they went into the towers. The footage they captured is quite powerful.

These firefighters brought us this flag when we deployed on 19 Sept 2001. It flew on the Roosevelt during all combat ops. It was something I've always felt proud for being a part of.

I was pretty sure that in that thread, I never used the word "Bendix", nor at any point did I attempt to describe how it works or what it does. But just to satisfy our new little "UD" here, I went back and re-read the entire thread. My memory was spot on. You are deflecting.

At this point, I'm pretty sure that me and Aerovette have a very clear understanding of what the relay in the starter solenoid is and what it does. Since that was the discussion at hand, and Aerovette has clearly moved on, I am joining him. You can continue to Bendix yourself if you want.
