The only complaint that I have is when assholes attack family members. And I don't care what anyone says, little white Florida puppy mill pups aren't family.

And one suggestion. The VBulletin software has the capability to let a thread starter ban specific members from posting in their threads. That would go along way in reducing the spam and trolling by certain members. And the mods don't have to do a thing.

I'm not a dog guy but even I find this statement hurtful. People love their pets, be they pure bred Bull Mastiffs, Maine Coon cats, Cockatiels, or small white dogs. No need for anybody to pick on them. Or people family members, either.

All you have to do is simply ignore and not respond to trolls. And of course, when something that may have started as a joke, but just devolved into something vicious, maybe it's time to let that go.

Trolling on Florida man, and Florida in particular might have started off light hearted, as a joke, it's since devolved into a shitfest, every time, just like the troll digs you get. Long since any humor was attached. I wouldn't like that either, not why I participate here.

I think the point is two fold. Ignore trolling, and understand when the joke's not funny anymore, and move on. Having said that, I hope we can still joke about the driveway rock. If that's not OK, just say so, and hopefully we'll all honor the request.

I joke on Floriduh because it's funny. And in order to be funny, there has to be a semblance of truth to it. Which of course, there is.
