...ughhhh. I love different cheeses and stuff and looks like I'll have to seriously cut back. This sucks very much bad.

My wife is lactose intolerant and Lactaid works for her.

Sometimes dairy doesn't sit well with me, and she used to get pissed if I even suggested that I might be mildly lactose intolerant.

My wife buys lactaid milk, and uses the Kirkland lactaid pills from Costco for other stuff. Works well for her.

Had to have mine yanked out. It got soooo inflamed that they could not do the small incision type surgery. Huge scar on my upper belly.
