OK. They put down thermal cloth out here in CO for both the pour and cure if needed. I guess I have a walk-out shelter? Is it a full height basement, or a crawl space?

More progress! Foundation is done, and almost capped. Says he'll finish putting the floor down tomorrow. Garage foundation is poured and will be stripped tomorrow as well. Garage already looks too small
