As for being in competing shape, it's a whole other world, and I give props to anyone who can achieve that!! I've never had any desire to compete, but train regularly. I was 212 at the gym this morning, and are tetering around 8.5-9% bf, and to be honest, I will say I am not disciplined enough to get to a competing range of 3-4%bf! I like beer too much!!

I've been dating women older than me lately. Less drama and it's more fun to be with somebody who knows what she wants already. The only one I had an issue with in the older category was the chick I was meeting in the "Christmas in your ass thread." She wanted to start talking relationship, kids, family, etc... after the 2nd date. I tried telling her face to face that I was the wrong dude for her, but she finally got the hint after two days of me not answering her texts or phone calls. Hey, I tried to do the "I don't want to see you" thing the right way and I was polite about it.
