My daughter has a set, and yes, they look real. We bought her's at a Halloween Super Store. They were $20.00 and you get the fangs and some chemicals to mix togethor. You mix the chemicals with hot water and mold the resulting substance into a ball and stick it with the fang into your gum line. You remove the application after a few seconds or so. It hardens and there you have it.

Hey, the fangs I got looked 100% real, too bad I lost them somewhere in Baltimore! The company that made mine was Scarecrow.

You can get them on their site for like 15 bucks right now. It was pretty easy to mold them, just mix some powder and their liquid in a little cup, wait 20 seconds for it to gum up, put it on the walls of the fang, and hold against your tooth for 5 minutes. After both were done, and I waited 10 min, you have to "break the seal" on them, and after I got them loose, on and off they went with ease! Really cool little things...
