That commercial was a Hail Mary. He has no traction since the DNC totally froze him out. Even though he offered an interesting alternative to Biden for Democrats, he will end up being nothing more than a footnote in this election cycle

The DNC/DoJ will have him sidelined. Expect indictments.

The Brandon regime also didn't provide him SS protection, so if he becomes too much of a thorn in the side of the DNC, well, they do have a tried and true method for dealing with that sort of thing.
