I've made 192 posts in this forum and not once mentioned the fact that I am an engineer. So obviously, many here do "give a crap" about that.

That's too much machine for me.

Besides, I just sold a house. In the process I had to consolidate from six garage spots into three, and the third is very narrow. I'm lucky to still have my drill press and heavy work table. And I have at least one large shelving unit, packed, in rented storage.

I made up a page for Craig's List last fall but never published it.

Trucks/forklifts can't get in or out of here except in the summer/fall.

I've gotta get that page up. Nobody in industry wants old machines, but tinkerers will, at some price.

Nobody in industry wants old CNC mills or old EDMs. Drill press, sure. I have one that was my uncle’s, and he was born in 1897. Works great, has “Buffalo” cast into the head.

Do you have any used machinery companies in NY?
I think the big one nearest to me is Boston Machinery, if they are still open.
Maybe worth checking out, if you haven't already.
